Class Description
- Basketball
- These classes are
intended for students who want to learn and practice the basic skills including dribbling,
passing and shooting. Through drills and games, students will enhance their physical
strength and improve their team concepts. Students are grouped based on their age and
skill level.

- Chinese Martial Arts
- Chinese martial art has
been shown to provide numerous health benefits. It improves muscle tone, develops
coordination and agility, and nurtures positive mental attitude. Students of this program
will learn different forms of kicks, stands, and some performing routines.
