1. Graduated from Tsinghua University, majors in mechanical engineering and Chinese language.

2. Earned a MBA in Finance from Illinois Institute of Technology.

3. Have over 18 years of working experience in various areas: a founder of Hello-Chinese Co (a Chinese learning company), financial analyst, and chief editor for a Chinese newsletter.

4. Help my own children and students understand the importance of learning Chinese, believe in innovation and continue improvement in teaching methods and materials, apply systematic also fun strategies to teach, provide guidance for students per their needs and situations.

5. Beside teach at Ray Chinese School, also teach Chinese at home.
